In the official press release issued by European Pride Organisers Association<\/a>, the body that collectively decides on EuroPrides, President Lerry Emson said:<\/p>\n\n “With the rise of right-wing and far-right governments and politicians across Europe, Pride is becoming increasingly important as an opportunity for the LGBTI+ community to unite and show strength in numbers and solidarity with each other.
